· Saved lectric costs paid
for pool/spa pump upgrades.
· Pool fence is 35-40K
replacement cost.
· Central swale project to
take water away from stucco walls.
PROJECT
PRESENTATION
Proposed: Pool lights – use Tempe grant for
downlighting
Harry explained pool drain project (assessment)
in detail. Showed cool deck samples (stay light due to temperature) pool tile
will be cobalt.
Proposed: Purchase another heat pump to heat/cool the swimming pool.
Proposed: Upgrade some front yards and parking
areas.
ELECTIONS
The three incumbent board members were
re-elected: Jake Jacobs, Chris Murrell, Lyn Thomas
TREE
TRIMMING
Dead branches/pine tree trim – board will get
bids then tree trimming will be billed directly to homeowner.
SECURITY
LOCKBOX/VIAL OF LIFE
Charla presented information about City of Tempe
programs for emergency contact/information.
REAL ESTATE
UPDATES
Flores house on Butte will be flipped.
Some other house will be updated and sold
Harry reminded that window replacement needs to
be approved by the board; also, use approved Frazee paint/colors.
